Alistair is one of Australia’s most respected property consultants and has been market leading within the retail property arena for several decades.
In his previous role as National Director of the Retail Services Group at CBRE, Alistair was responsible for 40 retail executives across Australia. Working with diverse clientele and retail properties fostered a deep understanding of clients’ needs, the market, and what it takes to deliver.
He is the trusted advisor in the retail space, with insightful guidance on buying, selling and managing retail property.
Alistair is best known for concluding the largest single retail transaction in the Sydney CBD. His fierce negotiating skills resulted in the successful Tiffany & Co flagship store located on the corner of King and Pitt St. He has also been responsible for introducing some of the newest brands to the market, including Tesla.
Project leasing and remixing of retail schemes of repute includes Artarmon Home HQ, Springvale, Maroochydore and Penrith Homemaker’s and Central Park Chippendale.
